> I don't know, but I still got this bug and a lot of people complaining. I'm on ultimate subscription and this goes on for over a year now? Is there an official statement from Nvidia? Since I'm not using GeForceNow that often and having to deal with that kind of hassle, I'm really thinking of dropping that service. Sorry folks, I really like the idea but this sucks - let alone the missing rumble support for gamepads.

> Same here. Yesterday it worked, today stuck again. Opened a ticket... I’m on Premium so at least I want a partial refund.

> @Jim29er That's funny cause I opened up a official Nvidia support ticket and the customer care dude said I should reach out to the community boards. And yes, I know that this question has already been asked in the past, but as the sentence indicates "in the past". So what are the current plans now? And yes "since Android 12" we are on Android 15 now. It's not an impossible task to get some developers to write the proper code - it's a question if somebody (Nvidia) does it. And so far they seem to have no intention at all. And that is what pisses me off. As the topic starter said, 4k but no basic rumble support.

> That's not an acceptable answer, also not Nvidia official. I have a shield pro 2 and I'm a GeForce Now premium customer. I paid 200.- bucks for the shield and I pay 50 bucks for GFnow. And like the topic starter said, 4k but not the basic rumble feature? If I want 4k that's fine, but I rather have an immersive rumble feature than 4k any day. And btw, 4k on an 8/10 bit streaming service -> color banding galore. But I don’t want a fight here, I want an explanation why a multibillionaire tech-company can't implement a basic immersive feature in their own device for over 5! years? So any official answer is welcome.

> Sorry for the late answer but this seems clearly a "license / we do not want to do this" - issue. As for the quote "Android has no gamepad rumble support" - yeah but everything can be implemented. As I said Nvidia just doesn't do it for 3rd party controllers. [Look here](https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/module-extended-haptic-rumble-support-for-3rd-party-controllers-with-geforce-now.4375105/). So Nvidia / Nvidia devs - what is really the hold up? And since the Shield-Controller is subpar and not available anywhere, it would be really the time to make rumble work, don’t you think?

> Keep calm. The level this effect shows (and especially in motion) is surely not intended. I don't know if you ever played Resident Evil 7 on the PC but you would notice.

> Ok and how's that gonna help? Can someone clarify if it's a driver or an engine related problem?
